Once your order has been successfully placed, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service immediately. We cannot guarantee that modifications will be made, but we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee changes. We cannot change the address after the order has been dispatched.

Don’t worry, even if you are not a registered customer, you can still track your orders easily through Order Tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, an email with a tracking link will be automatically sent to the email address that you used to place your purchase. You always can easily track your order shipping information through the link in the email.

Usually we will dispatch your order within 1 working day. You will receive a notification email immediately after your order has been dispatched.

When an order cannot be shipped or is cancelled due to insufficient stock, incorrect delivery information, etc., we will contact you via email or SMS, please don’t forget to check your email.

Once you have placed your order, an email with the order details will be sent to you automatically, and you will find your order number in this email.

When the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a notification email with a tracking link. You can check the shipping status of your package through this tracking link(The tracking information will be updated on the courier’s side about 24 hours after the package is sent).

If the information is not updated, or if the courier claims to have delivered your order but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service.

The laitnesse subsites process the data independently, so please make sure you are tracking your order on the correct site.

Make sure the order number(10-digit number) and email are correctly entered.

Unfortunately, there are occasions when an order may have to be canceled. This inconvenience occurs due to one of the following reasons:

  • Items out of stock.
  • Problems with processing payment information.
  • Problems with a shipping address.

In these cases, if your order is cancelled, we will send you an email with the details. Of course, we will not charge you for the cancellation.

All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day after order confirmation.

The shipping time indicated does not include weekends, holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the side of the courier (strike, volume, traffic, etc.). Estimated delivery dates may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s side.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receipt. To ensure the success of the return, please make sure that:

All returns must be:

  • Unworn
  • There are no signs of wear or damage
  • In original condition
  • In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

Except for returns due to defective or wrong products for which we are responsible, refunds never include shipping costs from the original order. In the case of orders with free shipping offer, the cost of shipping from the original order corresponds to standard shipping cost.

Please note:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
  • Requests submitted after 30 days from receipt cannot be processed.

  • For returns of defective or incorrect products caused by our error within 30 days of receipt, please use the prepaid return label provided by us and you will not be charged return shipping cost.
  • For returns for personal reasons within 30 days of receipt, or If you wish to return a product for repair more than 30 days after receipt but still within the warranty period, you are responsible for arranging shipping and related expenses.

Firstly, make sure to check our return policy to see if your item is eligible for a return!

  1. To start a return, please fill out a return request form at Returns Centre.
  2. We will send you the returns instructions by email within 24-48 hours of receiving your request.
  3. Send the parcel to us according to the instructions.

Return options based on your shipping address:


  1. Use the pre-paid return labels we provide(€5 will be deducted from the refund).
  2. Send your package with your preferred courier service (shipping costs are at your own expense).

Please note that Laitnesse is unable to issue a refund to a payment method that is different from the one used to place the order.

We aim to process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. However, in some cases, this time frame can be extended to 14 working days. If you have not received your refund within 14 business days, please feel free to contact us.


We offer a 1 year warranty on our products from the date of purchase.

The warranty is only valid for defects in material and/or workmanship.

Wear and tear, and physical or accidental abuse(like a bent ring or broken chain) are not covered by the warranty.

Gifts are not covered by the guarantee.

Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on before you leave the house and the first thing you take off when you get home.

Keep your jewelry dry and away form perfumes, alcohol, or any other solvents which may compromise the integrity of your jewelry.

Avoid swimming, bathing or showering with jewelry on.

Jewelry isn’t meant to be worn 24/7, give it a break and show some love to other pieces of jewelry.

Promotions and Coupons

There are a few reasons for this:

  • The Coupon code entered is incorrect(Coupon codes are made up of numbers, letters, or a combination of both).
  • The Coupon code has expired.
  • The requirements for using the Coupon code are not satisfied(Cannot be stacked with other promotions, cannot be applied to specific products, etc.).
